Do the handhelds come "pre-loaded" with games?

At RetroEmu, we firmly adhere to copyright laws. As such, we do not sell products "pre-loaded" with games that might infringe upon these standards.

Any games showcased in our social media content are sourced from our personal physical collection and then "dumped" for the purpose of preservation. Importantly, we neither distribute nor facilitate, and we don't discuss the downloading of copyrighted material.

What is included on the microSD cards?

Some of our devices come equipped with a microSD card pre-loaded with the device's stock operating system, ready for use. This setup allows you to easily add your games and start playing immediately, with no additional configuration required. Other devices utilize internal memory for the operating system and do not include a microSD card.

While the microSD cards included with our products are functional, we recommend upgrading to a high-quality, branded microSD card. This ensures the long-term safety and integrity of your saved data, protecting it from potential loss or corruption.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

Standard International shipping times are 10-21 days.

Currently, we ship from international suppliers in China with tracking so you can track your order to your door.

We are working to bring these devices to Australia and offer express shipping options in the future so stay tuned for more information when it is available.
